1. The Weather today was great! I enjoyed just standing outside. 2. Tyler is sitting up like a big boy! I now feel confident to leave him sitting up without anything behind him and can sit him in a highchair at a restaurant which is a good thing since we'll be switching to a car seat rather than his carrier later this week.
3. Free babysitting all summer! My MIL started coming today to keep the boys. She'll be driving over Tues. and Thurs. while I work. Don't get me wrong - we miss you Sarah!
4. E-mail. I was thinking today at work how much time I would lose if I had to call everyone I stay in touch with through e-mail. It very likely would take another person to do what I do b/c I have to contact so many people each month.
5. My dad had to go the ER last night for a kidney stone. I'm thankful it was nothing more serious and that he's feeling some better.
6. I'm thankful for that wonderful medication they give you when you have a kidney stone. It's incredible! I had one when Samuel was only 13 weeks old and if I was a druggie, that would be my drug of choice! LOL
7. My brother also had outpatient surgery today and is doing well.
8. Tupperware - no kidding. I was thinking the other day as I put away all of my new Tupperware that it actually makes me happy. As I thought about why, I realized it's because it helps me be organized and I love to be organized.
9. A clean house. I love it when my floors are vacuumed, my dishes are done and all the laundry is washed and actually put away - all at the same time. Right now, I would feel great with anyone just stopping by the house. But call before you come.....just kidding! LOL
10. I'm just nearly ready for VBS. I have just a couple little things to finish up, but I'm not nearly
as overwhelmed as I was last week. If you're local and have a child entering K-6th, bring them Monday to HDBC, we start registration at 8:30 a.m. and end at Noon.
