Snow

We finally got a little of the white powdery stuff today. It rained a good part of the night, sleeted some here and there and finally switched over the snow around 1 p.m. It snowed pretty heavy at times. This was around 5 p.m. when we were leaving for church.

We are having a mission emphasis weekend at church and tonight we had a Chill Grill. Who knew when they named it that months ago that it would actually snow while some of the men were outside manning the grils. Thankfully we were in the MAC (Ministry Activities Center) and not outside.

We haven't been able to go out and play in it yet. We're hoping it hangs around at least for a little while on the grass tomorrow so the boys can play a little. As far as we know, we still have church and then lunch with one of the missionary couples afterwards.

The roads are covered tonight, but that doesn't mean they'll be slick in the morning, so we'll see. This is out our back door at 11:30 tonight. It has stopped snowing now though. We've gotten about 2".

Oh, and we'll take snow over ice any day!!!!
