This past weekend ended up to be two nights of great food and fun. On Friday night, our small group had its 4th annual Cinco de Mayo at the Presley's. We always have a great time with too much food. The last couple years we've done a fajita bar with all of the trimmings. Afterwards we played the Newlywed Game. Kevin and I didn't do so well, maybe it's been to long since we were newlyweds!
Then on Saturday night we drove down to Bald Knob (yes, that's the name of the city) to eat at Who Dat's (yes, that's the name of the restaurant). I'm writing about it in the June issue of the magazine, so we drove down to take a couple pics for the article and so I could make sure nothing had really changed since we were last there about 3 years ago. If you're ever in the area, it's a must try. It's a cajun restaurant with things like catfish, crab legs, frog legs, alligator (really good - trust me!), shrimp, gumbo, crawfish, etoufee, oysters and even steaks.

This was my dinner, grilled bacon wrapped shrimp. My favorite there.
Kevin's dinner, fried catfish and gator. The gator is the small pieces under the fish. They serve the gator as small bites battered in a spicy batter and fried. I know, you're wondering what it taste like. To us, it taste a lot like pork. It kind of has a sweet taste like pork.
And our friend Chris's dinner, the Shrimp Feast which has shrimp gumbo, shrimp creole, fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, boiled shrimp, fried bacon-wrapped shrimp and hand breaded stuffed shrimp.

It's about an hours drive south of Jonesboro, but it's a fun place to visit. They were really busy Saturday night and we had to wait about an hour for a table, but they have lots of places to sit inside and out, so it's not to bad of a wait. I also overheard a server say that they were having one of the busiest nights they had, had in many months, so we happened to pick a really busy night.

Now I want to go to Who dat's too! I haven't been there in years. However, I'm not sure you properly documented exactly how many dead animals are hanging on the walls! :)
We used to drive through Bald Knob all the time on the way to my Grandma's. I'll have to tell my parents about Who Dat's!
