These are not resolutions, but goals. I think goals are something you strive toward where resolutions just seem to be broken ideas that you come up with.
1. To have more quality time with my kids. Not to just be in the same room doing different things, but to do things TOGETHER.
2. To be a better manager of time.
3. To try to be on time (this is a big one for me).
4. To be a better wife. As my friend just wrote in her blog and I Loved : "I want to be the wife that he hates to leave in the morning and one that he can't wait to see when he gets home. I want to be more of a cheerleader and encourager for him."
5. To eat healthier. I won't say to lose weight because they never does any good, but I do want to make better food choices.
6. To exercise on a more regular basis.
7. To be a better friend. I'm reading a book right now on friendship my dear friend Kelly gave me and it's challenging me to be a grown-up girlfriend.
8. To learn to say no. This past year I felt like I was in a wirlwind all the time with all I had to do. This year, I want to be less busy so that I can be there more for my family.
9. To go home more. It has become much harder to get home to see my parents, but we need to make it home more to be more help to them.
10. To learn some new things to cook. This way eating at home doesn't get to be as mundane.
11. To be more positive. I think sometimes I see the negatives more than I should when I there are positives in a situation that I fail to see.
12. To move on. I tend to dwell on situations and events when I should just put it behind me and move forward.
13. To be a better mother. I don't think this one ever ends, but I know there are things I could and should do to be a better mother to my boys. I want them to look back as adults and be able to tell people they had a great childhood and good parents.

I loved your list! I need to make a "goal" list myself! What friendship book are you reading? I need to be a better girlfriend too, I have slacked on that this past year.
