Our local arts program completed its 08-09 season with the musical "Beauty and the Beast." Samuel at first said he didn't want to go, but decided later that he did, even if that meant missing T-Ball practice. He liked the show, but he was mostly interested in how they were changing the sets, the backgrounds, the lights, etc. I thought they did a great job and really enjoyed it.

Because Occasions Publishing is a sponsor of the show, we were able to go to the invitation only show on Thursday night. And because I was shooting pictures for the magazine, I was able to get up close during the show and get some shots of the cast.

The set and costume designers did a great job! The Candlestick did a great job and was a perfect cast in that role.

Samuel liked getting his picture made with the princess, but wasn't so sure about the Beast.
